Before we design a single screen, we map the problem. We research your users and competitors, then agree a product brief and a prioritised list of features. If something in your brief doesn't hold up, we tell you now, not halfway through the build. For a focused MVP this takes a day or two.

We map every user journey before any code is written. Then we build wireframes and a clickable prototype, detailed enough that your users can try it and our engineers can build from it without guessing. This is where an expensive mistake usually gets caught.

Engineering and build
Our engineers build in short sprints, and at the end of each one you get working software you can open and test. The same developer stays from the first line of code to the last. If your priorities change during the build, we adjust the next sprint.

Every MVP is different, so anyone who quotes a price before understanding yours is guessing.
The price depends on how many types of user your product has, how complex the back end is, whether AI features are in scope, whether you need web, mobile or both, and how much of the product is already defined.
Before any work starts, you get a fixed-price proposal with pricing for each milestone. You approve each milestone before the next one begins. After your discovery call, the proposal arrives within five working days.

How do I know the minimum that will work?
We help you define the core problem first. Then we sort every feature into must-have, should-have, could-have and won't-have, and the first version gets the must-haves only.
Why do a phased build?
It's cheaper and less risky. You launch the core, learn from real users, and spend the rest of your budget on what they actually need.
Do you integrate MVPs with third-party platforms?
Yes. We connect payment providers, CRMs, cloud storage and other services through their APIs.
What is MVP development?
