You built your product with no-code or an AI tool, and it worked. Now you are stuck. Maybe you cannot get it shipped. Maybe it is live, but the next features are the ones the tool will not do, and there is no engineering team to take it further. We take it the rest of the way, to launch and to scale.
We will look at what you have built and tell you honestly what it needs: a fix, a partial rebuild, or a full one. Often it is less than you fear.
Getting a product built has never been easier. No-code platforms like Bubble, Webflow, and FlutterFlow, and AI coding tools like Lovable, Bolt, v0, and Replit, can take a founder from idea to working app in weeks. That part works. The problem shows up later, and it is almost always one of two things.
Usage and credit pricing is cheap while you are small and climbs fast as users arrive. AI tools charge for every prompt, even the ones spent fixing their own mistakes, and you cannot predict a cost until it runs. Founders often pay more to stay on the platform than proper infrastructure would cost.
The tool got you most of the way, not over the line. For some founders it will not ship at all: the code exists but was never properly built, tested, or launched. For others it is live, but the next features are the ones the tool will not do. Either way the hard part is the same: security, payments, performance, and data you own. That takes engineering you do not have.
Neither of these means you made the wrong choice. Building fast was the right call. You just need a team to take it from here.
Most teams in this space have one answer ready before they have seen your product: rebuild it, with us. We do not work that way, because a full rebuild is often the wrong move. It freezes your roadmap for weeks and throws away hard-won fixes buried in the code you already have.
So we start with an honest assessment, not a sales pitch.
We look at what you built, where the real wall is, and what is actually causing it. Often the thing founders blame on the platform is a simpler problem underneath, something put together in a rushed way that is quicker to fix than to rebuild. You get a clear read on what it needs: getting it shipped, a fix, a partial rebuild, or a full one, and what each would cost.
The assessment is a fixed fee from £750, set once we have seen the size of your product, and credited in full against the work if you go ahead. Everything you share is kept confidential under NDA. We report back within about a week with our findings, your options, and the cost of each.
If the product just needs to be put together properly, we do that first. This is the cheapest path, and sometimes it is all you need. It also covers code that was written but never run: we get it building, tested on real devices, and shipped.
When a specific piece genuinely cannot do what you need, we rebuild that piece in custom code and connect it back to the rest. You keep shipping while we work. Many products run well for a long time as a hybrid: the no-code or AI build handles the front end and admin, custom code handles the heavy lifting.
When the product has outgrown the tool for good, with real users, real revenue, and needs the platform cannot meet, we rebuild it properly as a custom application your team owns outright.
You choose how far to go, with a clear picture of the cost and the payoff at each step.
We work with products however they were built.
Bubble, Webflow, FlutterFlow, Glide, Softr, Adalo, and others. We assess the build, improve it where we can, and migrate the parts that have outgrown the platform.
Lovable, Bolt, v0, Replit, Base44, and similar. These produce real code, which is good news, because it means there is something to build on. We review it, harden it, and take it to production, or rebuild where the generated code will not hold up.
Sometimes the code has been written start to finish by an AI tool from a brief, but never compiled, tested, or shipped. We take that from source files to a working, published product: setting up the build, fixing what does not run or behave correctly on real devices, testing it properly, and getting it through to release.
If your product was built some other way, that is fine too. The assessment tells us where to start.
A UK online sailing school built their lessons app with the help of AI. The Android and Windows versions were working. The iPhone and iPad version was more complicated: the Swift code had been written by an AI tool from a detailed technical handover, but it had never been compiled or run, because it was written without a Mac. The code existed. The app did not.
That is the gap we close. We are taking it from AI-written source to a published product: setting up the Xcode build, fixing what does not compile or behave correctly on a real iPhone and iPad, testing against a full checklist covering sign-in, offline downloads, and playback, and taking it through TestFlight and App Store review. The founder keeps full ownership of the code and can continue to maintain it afterwards.
It is a clear example of where these tools stop and real engineering begins. The AI got the code written. Shipping a working app that passes App Store review takes a team with the devices, the experience, and the time to get it right.

This service is new, but shipping production software is not. Two we have delivered for clients :

How we revamped a UK logistics platform across three portals and 326 screens, cutting job processing time by over 40% without replacing the legacy backend.

How we built a Flutter app MVP for a UK tennis platform now used by 250+ players, delivering live scores, leaderboards, and payments a browser could not.
Different starting points, same job : taking a product the rest of the way to something real and reliable.
These are founders and clients talking about building other products with us. Different projects, same team doing this work.

Managing Director of IDEA Data Solutions GmbH
We are a software development company with an in-house team of designers and engineers, working your timezone. Much of what we do now is exactly this: taking products built with no-code tools and AI into real production.
That gives us two things most teams in this space do not offer together. First, the engineering to actually do the work, from a quick fix to a full custom rebuild. Second, the honesty to tell you when you do not need it. We would rather stabilise your product for a fraction of a rebuild and earn the bigger work later than talk you into a rewrite you did not need. That is how we keep clients for years rather than projects.
You get a team that takes full ownership from the first conversation to launch, and a product you own outright at the end.
Usually not. A full rebuild is often the wrong move, and the first thing we do is tell you whether you actually need one. Many products just need the existing build fixed, shipped, or a single part rebuilt and connected back. We start with an assessment so you know before you spend.
It depends on the tool and how it was used, which is exactly what the assessment checks. AI tools like Lovable, Bolt, and Replit produce real code, so there is usually something solid to build on, even if it has never been run. The work is reviewing it, fixing the parts that will not hold up under real use, and adding the things the tool left out, like proper security and testing.
Yes. This is a large part of what we do. We take code that exists but has never been compiled, tested, or shipped, get it building and working correctly on real devices, and take it through to release, including App Store or Play Store review where that applies.
Most no-code and AI platforms charge by usage or credits. That is cheap while you are small and climbs as you grow. At a certain point, running your product on custom infrastructure costs less than staying on the platform. We can tell you where that point is for your product.
Yes. When we migrate or rebuild parts of a product, we do it in stages and keep the existing version running, so you keep serving users and shipping updates throughout.
Yes. Whatever we build, you own the code and the product outright, with no lock-in to us or to a platform.
It starts with a fixed-fee assessment from £750, set once we have seen the size of your product and credited in full against the work if you go ahead, so you are not committing to a large project blind. From there, the cost depends on what the assessment finds: a fix, a partial migration, or a full rebuild. You get the numbers before you decide.
A fix or getting an app shipped is usually a matter of days to a couple of weeks. A partial migration runs over a few weeks. A full rebuild is longer and depends on the product. The assessment gives you a firm timeline for your specific case, not a generic estimate.
