What an automated check can't tell you.
A health check only sees your page. It can't see your users.
It won't tell you why people leave, what they expected to find, or what stops them from getting in touch or buying. Those answers come from watching real people use your website or product.
That's what our team does in a UX audit

What does it check?
51 checks across six areas: SEO, trust, ease of use, speed, mobile and accessibility. That includes how your page shows up on Google, how fast it loads, how it works on a phone, colour contrast, your buttons and forms, and whether visitors can easily contact you.
How long does it take?
About 20 seconds. The first findings appear within a few seconds and the rest fill in as the checks finish.
Which websites can I check?
Any public website. The page needs to be live and open to everyone, so pages behind a login or on a private staging site can't be checked.
Does it check my whole website?
It starts with your homepage, which takes about 20 seconds. You can then scan up to 25 of your most important pages, which takes a few minutes.
How accurate is it?
The speed and accessibility checks use Google PageSpeed Insights and axe-core, the same engines many developers use. It's good at spotting common problems quickly. It can't tell you how real people behave on your site.
Is this the same as a UX audit?
No. This is an automated check of one page. A UX audit is done by people, who study how real users move through your website or product and why they get stuck. See our UX audit service.
Do you store my website or results?
We keep each report for 7 days so its link can be shared, then delete it. A report only holds public information about the website you checked, never your email address or anything personal.
